Artist Information

Applications to Exhibit for the 2008 Hidden Glen Arts Festival will be accepted only through ZAPPlication. Complete information for artists is available on our Exhibit Information page.

Artists must submit an application and a jury fees of $25.00. Display space fee is $265.00. Jury fees are non-refundable.

Also, each artist must submit

five examples of their artwork through ZAPPlication.

Hidden Glen can accommodate a maximum of 97 juried artists. Application will no longer be mailed and must be submitted online. You may request more information by calling the Hidden Glen office, 913.961.ARTS or by sending us an email at artists@hiddenglen.org.

The Kansas Department of Revenue (KDOR) is requesting Hidden Glen Arts Festival’s (HGAF) assistance with tax compliance. All vendors and artists making retail sales within the State must collect and remit sales tax. Artists/vendors may use their current registration number. If you don’t have a number, you may register for your own number or use the number assigned to the event. Artists/vendors using the event will receive a sales tax certificate in their packet and must remit sales taxes with their certificate displayed during the event. Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws is required. Failure to comply with rules and regulations of the event may result in expulsion from the event.
